Neighborhood rules and documents to help neighborhood life flow

a little easier.

Remodeling

All exterior modifications to your home or property must be approved in advance by the Architectural Control Committee of your homeowners association: Here is the ACC application form.

Traffic and Vehicles

Speed limit is 15 mph: we've got narrow streets and plenty of pedestrians and small children

Parking: Lots of cars on the street does not look very nice or make it easy to get around the neighborhood. After all, what is a garage for anyway?

Please don't park behind someones driveway: the car you save could be your own

Pets

Clean up after your pets: We're all animal lovers on one level or another--none of us like stepping in **** . Be a responsible pet owner and respect your neighbors.

Dogs should be on leashes: See above

Think twice about letting kitty roam outside: Please take care of kitty. Sure they like it outside, but rememebr the world is full of poisonous snakes, cars, racoons, rat poison, antifreeze, etc.

Yards

Keep your yards neat and tidy: We've got some beautiful yards in this neighborhood. Please be sure to regularly trim and care for your yard. A nice looking neighborhood benefits us all.

Drains in the street: Please keep the storm drains in front of your house clean and free of debris. We all count on these drainage systems to work when the rain starts falling.

Trash

Trash pick-up days are on Tuesday and Friday. No recycling. Heavy trash day is Friday. Please do not set out your trash until the morning of pick-up (the neighborhood will look better and the racoons will go find something else to do).
